    i have an issue with the live chat, after update the chat doesn’t work. 
   It’s always offline, though the agent is online. How to fix it?

 * Please confirm you have logged in, gone to the ‘Live Chat’ page and flipped the
   switch from red to green?
 * Do you perhaps have any caching installed on your site?

 * We’re going to be releasing an update this week that I believe will fix the issues
   you’re experiencing with the chat. If the update doesn’t help, please let me 
   know.
