    I reinstalled wp live chat today.
    But my web shop shows no agents online, even when I’m logged in.
    What cases this?

    Could I ask you to confirm if you have navigated to the Live Chat dashboard and set yourself as online using the toggle available on the dashboard screen?

    Yes, I have, and in dashboard I’m logged in.

    Your form denies me to write to you, Wrong captcha!! I can’t see any captcha on your form.

    Our apologies for the trouble experienced.

    Could I ask you to confirm if you have attempted to submit the contact form in an incognito window?

    I have tested this and I was unable to reproduce any captcha issues on my side, which leads me to believe that something else may be conflicting with the form submission. As an example, it is possible that an ad blocker may influence the system.

    With regards to the issue with switching to online mode, we will be looking into this further, however, we would like to discuss this with you more via our support desk.
