# Chat Agent not the Admin

 * Hi,
 * I know in the free version we can have only one agent so my question is: Can 
   this agent be another user and not the administrator of the site. Can we create
   a user and give capabilities only for chat operation ?

 * Thank you for getting in touch with us.
 * The basic version will allow you to select which user you want to be a chat agent.
   The user that installs the plugin will be made the chat agent by default though.
