Charts not showing – am I missing something?

    Hi all.
    I have created my first chart using Visualizer and have tried to add it to a page.
    However, when I preview the page the chart will not show up.
    I have tried using the shortcode in a classic block and tried in a shortcode block just in case that made a difference. No change.
    I have even tried adding the chart in between text. LOL.
    I cannot seem to get the chart to display.
    Have I missed something please?

    WordPress: 5.4.1
    Visualizer: 3.4.3
    Theme: Twenty Seventeen 2.3
    OS: Windows 10 (up to date)
    Browsers tried: Firefox, Edge, Chrome (all up to date)

    @jpm2f can you please share a link to the page where this chart is supposed to show on the front end?

    @rozroz Hi. No link to a page because I can’t get anything to show up whatever page I use, even a new one.

    @jpm2f without that we will not be able to help you. Please share the url even if nothing shows up. If you still cannot share, please disable all plugins and test with the default WP theme.

    Hi @rozroz,

    I have the same issue that the OP has.

    I tried to change clear the cache and other things, sometimes it shows the charts that I created and if I try with another PC it doesn’t show up.

    I asked also other people and the problem persists

    P.S. I do not have the paid version of the plugin, do I have to have that?

    @cryptogambletips thanks for the details. If you can see them even once, there is nothing wrong with the charts or the plugin. You want want to switch off the cache (plugin-based, webserver-based or hosting-based) completely and then test.

    thank you very much I tried first with the cache system from my website and it didn’t work then I went to purge all the cache from the CDN and it worked!

    hi, i am facing a similar error. Since i installed the plugin and created a chart i havent been able to see it on my page. I have tried both the normal editor and page builder to paste the shortcodes.
    If your error has been resolved, will you kindly help me how to resolve it

    ehi @amank3022!

    have you tried to clear your cache as suggested?

    I did that and it solved my problem. Also, if you use a CDN and you can purge the cache from there would be better IMO.

    Let us know if solve this issue!
