Chart not updating automatically

    The above page is Private, if you like I can make it public, but hopefully not necessary?

    The problem is that the chart does not update automatically.

    We have a valid licence.

    Source: Import from URL / Import from CSV (it’s a google doc).

    Set to import ‘Each hour’.

    But the only way to get it to actually import is to click the ‘Import & Save schedule’ button.

    The feature that you mentioned is in the pro version of the Visualizer and this forum is mainly reserved for the free version of Visualizer and the users who use it.
