After some more testing, it works in Chrome on the desktop NOT Safari.
So it is not working in Safari on desktops or mobiles it also is
working in Chrome on the iphone.
I have also tried disabling all of plugins, which didn’t help.
You have jQuery error there:
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
You must setup your theme’s jQuery properly

Hi thank you so much for your help it is now working.
Is there a way to set the y axis scale unit?
Please clarify your question with some “before-after” examples. What unit you want to scale? Isn’t it achieveable by SQL? (f.e. by multiplying COLUMNNAME to some number, like SELECT COLUMNAME*10 )

No that’s not what I’m hoping for!
the picture at the following link you will see that the Y scale unit 0.5 I would like to A) specify it is always an int and B) a minimum unit of X (e.g. 2) so as to make the changes look less dramatic / more compact on some charts.
Please provide live URL here (or contact our support and provide live URL there – https://guaven.com/contact/solution-request/ ). We will check chart rendered parameters there and respond you ASAP.

Good, just added this to our quick-todo list. In the upcoming update(in 1-3 days) this feature will present as a special checkbox in Chart editor page.

Show only round numbers in Y axis ticks
i have updated my charts at the above URL the “Show only round numbers in Y axis ticks” works great, thank you.
Will/does it work with the new Polar chart too?
Polar chart
at the above url the first chart is supposed to be a polar wind distribution chart. it should work by passing it a degree 0-360 and the strength. If you look at the plot on the chart they do not align to the degrees passed to it.
one last request!
could there be an option not to show the charts key? e.g. on the polar chart having all the degrees above doesn’t look great…
btw your support is amazing, thank you so much
Polar chart
This feature is new and we haven’t added custom features to that yet – but we will. For now it works with basic input-output parameters.
one last request!
That section is called “Legend”.
Okay, we will add this feature to the next minor update and it will support all kind of charts. One checkbox will decide whether to show legend section or not. (in a few days. if you want only this feature earlier than official update, just contact us and we will send it to you)
