 * I am confused about charset.
    The config file has it set at utf8, but the database
   was created using latin1_swedish_ci. (Used Fantastico through CPanel to install.)
   Everything seems to be working fine except that I get whacky symbols for ” and‘
   in my RSS feed. What can I do to solve this? Thanks, Dave
