• Hello,
I just finished moving my wordpress blog to a new host, and it all went fine as far as i know, everything seems to be working fine, However, now when i try to write in Arabic either for a post or page, it all comes out as question marks , eg: ???? ?? ????, just like that.
I’ve tried different themes and with all plugins switched off and i even suspected my own pc, but i tried it from a different machines, same problem, I cannot post in Arabic.

could you help me out please?

  • Looks like an encoding issue. Under firefox, click View -> Text Encoding and select UTF-8. IE should have something similar too.

I’m thinking this is a server header issue (the server is telling your browser that the page is not utf-8). Either this, or you imported your older blog as non utf-8.

pravin, the encoding on firefox is UTF-8.
could a server issue, maybe something went wrong during the import process, is there any solution to this problem?
