 * Hi maxguncel. This issue is related to the database character encoding. It’s 
   a [replacement character](http://www.fileformat.info/info/unicode/char/fffd/index.htm)
   that’s used when the page can’t interpret the character code. If you do a Google
   search on “[wordpress black diamond with question mark encoding](https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&rlz=1C1NNVC_enUS491US548&ion=1&espv=2&ie=UTF-8#q=wordpress+black+diamond+with+question+mark+encoding)”
   you’ll see many posts and several different recommendations.
