 * Hi thank you for this great and simple theme, but I’m not familiar with chat 
   plugins. How do you use the channels features? How do you create a channel?

 * Hi,
 * channels are created on first use. All you need to do is to install chat via 
   shortcode and specify which channel to open, for example – to open three channels:
 * Channel 1:
    [wise-chat channel=”My channel 1″]
 * Channel 2:
    [wise-chat channel=”My channel 2″]
 * Channel 3:
    [wise-chat channel=”My channel 3″]
 * It’s better to install each channel on separate WordPress page / post.
