I have the same problem here. And if I click on the first video, for example, and try to embed that URL it embeds all the videos from that user rather than the playlist.
jstand,
you are absolutely correct… that too happens to me. I am not sure
if the plugin does not have this feature for allowing one to add a playlist or gallery of a selection of videos by several youtube members shown here on my playlist:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEj4GBBP9Uq0n7QsTWZ4G7dn-ZgodyAKx
But instead, perhaps is can only add a playlist or gallery of selected videos of only one youtube user as shown here:
http://www.youtube.com/embed?layout=gallery&listType=playlist&list=UUJPL-KaRXesxML5G4xrfUAg
I am hoping the developer gets back to up on this issue or let us know a way forward. I think this is great plugin and will be more that happy to pay for this feature.
Please let us know.

You don’t really need the wizard at all. There’s an instructional video that we link to in the settings page of the plugin that shows how the gallery works. Here’s the link (please watch with YouTube annotations turned on): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvFL-Rr-2Qo
Alternatively, you can just copy the below code. Note that all we did was add “&layout=gallery” to make it gallery code. Either example below should work. Just make sure you paste it in your blog as plain text or else WordPress might think you’re just pasting a blue link.
Paste this on its own line in your editor:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEj4GBBP9Uq0n7QsTWZ4G7dn-ZgodyAKx&layout=gallery
Or paste the shortcode version:
[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLEj4GBBP9Uq0n7QsTWZ4G7dn-ZgodyAKx&layout=gallery[/embedyt]

I can confirm that this works – manually embeding with the shortcode. Too bad it doesn’t work directly from the wizard. 🙁
Fantastic,
worked for me also…
Thank you very much EmbedPlus Team

Glad you got it.
Please note that the wizard works. We have found that sometimes user don’t click the option stating that they are working with a playlist and not single video link. Perhaps some form of that happened here.

Hi,
I can confirm that I was clicking the option to use a playlist and not single video, so that was not the problem here. There really is something buggy with the plugin if it was supposed to work like that.
Thanks,
