 * I am trying to figure out how I make my WordPress Support Avatar the same as
the profile image I have saved on Gravatar.
 * When I go to WordPress>Support>Profile, I select Edit on the right hand menu.
Then I click on the link where it says Edit your Gravatar at Gravatar.com. My
picture is showing correctly on this site but is not showing the same picture
on the support forums. What am I missing here and what do I need to do?

 * It needs to match the email address you use in your profile on wp.org.

 * Steve, are you saying that the email address that I am using on the backend of
my site when you go to general settings should match the email address that I
have listed in my contact information on Gravatar? This is how I have it or am
I not understanding? Thank you for your help.

 * The gravatar is matched to the email address that you use in in wordpress.org
profile, not what you’re using on your own site. You can add multiple email addresses
to the image you using on Gravatar, I think, or associate the same image with
   multiple emails.

 * Thank you for your help. Perhaps I am still not understanding. I logged into
my WordPress.org support profile and my email address was not the same as the
one on Gravatar so I changed it to match. the picture is still not showing. What
   am I doing wrong?
