# Changing wordpress path

 * After almost 2 years of having my wordpress directory on a folder of my domain(
   eg. mydomain.com/wordpress-installation/ – I’ve decided that I want my domain
   root to be my wordpress install.
 * My questions are:
 * 1) How can I migrate my wordpress to be my homepage while at the same time
    2)
   Make sure all former links point to their new links via 301 redirects or what
   have you, so I’m not killed in the search engines?
