Changing width of logo, bringing it down, and changing hover link colour

Hi there.
I really love the custom login/dashboard plugin, and I was wondering whether it was possible for you to tweak a few things for me?
I’d like to be able to increase the width of the logo slightly, and also bring it down and closer to the login box.
Also, can I change the colour of the hover links?

If it’s possible please let me know.
