changing who receives emails on “contact us”

Hello,

A company I work for has taken over control of a website using wordpress, this is my first wordpress website and am still unfamiliar. I’m having trouble changing who receives the emails on a contact us page. I believe it is using ‘ninja forms’ to create who receives the email. I don’t know what that is or how to edit it. Do you think this would fix my issue and how do I go about editing the ninja forms list?
