# Changing webisite address

 * Hi
    I have a server on a domain i own. I have wordpress intalled on the server
   inside a folder called “wordpress”. To view the homepage i have to go to “www.
   homepagename.com/wordpress/”.
 * What i want is to have to go to “www.homepagename.com” to view the homepage.
   
   How do i do this?
 * I remember following some instructions from somewhere ( wikipedia i thing, but
   im not sure ), but it just made my homepage inaccessible and i had to reset everythign.
