Changing web hosts and upgrading

    I was going to change web hosts today, but now there is also an upgrade. Please let me know if this is the easiest and most painless way to do this:

    1) Install WP 2.9 on new host.
    2) Upload current theme folder (Black Lucas) to new web host.
    3) Upload current plugin folders to new web host (see list below).
    4) Export XML file from current web host.
    5) Import XML file to new web host.
    6) Activate plug ins.
    7) Switch nameservers to new web host after everything checks out.

    Broken Link Checker
    Fast and Secure Contact Form
    Google News Sitemap
    Google XML Sitemaps
    mySTAT
    Sociable
    WP-Ban
    WP-Optimize
