Changing URL that thumbnail links to.

Would it be possible to have the thumbnail link to the URL contained in the Title URL box of the widget?

I’m trying to have a “Featured Comic” type box that would link to a specific page i’ve created instead of the individual post the thumbnail came from.

I got everything to display correctly. but I was unable to figure out how to change the plugin code so that the permalink was replaced with the title url.
