Changing URL problem .. cant log into Admin panel now

Hi

I have my blog hosted at http://www.705quarterly.com/blog

I changed the theme to have a logo header which when clicking it would go to the home page. The issue is that when I do that … the URL says http://705quarterly.style-child.com/blog/

the style-child should not be in there … so I followed the instructions here for changing the wp-config.php file

And it worked … until I logged out of the admin panel and was not able to log back in at all the login screen would just empty the fields and not let me log in … I had to delete and reinstall the blog.

Is there anyway to fix this?? more specifically the URL and then make it so I can log back in?
