 * I tried to change the uploads directory and encountered a problem.
 * I set the following:
 * Store uploads in this folder: media
    Full URL path to files (optional): [http://www.lukejanicke.com/media](http://www.lukejanicke.com/media)
   Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders: checked
 * However, now the images will not show. Also, when I enter the FULL image URL
   in the address bar, instead of showing the image, it shows the WordPress Error
   404 page.
 * The files are uploading to the server properly, and WordPress is creating the
   correct thumbnail and medium size versions. However, I can’t add them into my
   posts or view them directly via the full URL.
 * Is there a setting/step I am missing?
 * Hope someone can help.

 * Yeah, I fixed this. Can’t remember exactly how. Something to do with FTP folder
   permissions.
