changing upload path

i’ve transferred from one website to another and all seems well apart from the upload manager which is looking at the old path. Any idea where to change this ?

It doesn’t look like you can use the file upload feature at this time because the directory you have specified (/home/user/public_html/blog/wp-content) doesn’t appear to be writable by WordPress. Check the permissions on the directory and for typos.
