 * Hi,
 * I have a question and I hope you can help.
 * I plan to change the whole website from HTTP to HTTPS.
 * I’m using a plugin to do this and also htaccess rewrite rules.
 * Do I have to make any changes in Yoast, regarding the XML sitemap or Yoast will
   do this automatically?
 * I did a test and I could see that the links in the sitemap are now https. Then,
   I deactivated the HTTPS plugin I’m using and I also deleted the htaccess rule.
 * Basically, I switched back to http. I checked the Yoast XML sitemap and all links
   are still https. I also cleared the cache. They are the same.
 * I’m not sure how or when will be the XML links updated, if I switch to HTTPS
   on the live website.
 * Now I did it on a test website.
 * I hope you can help.
 * Thank you.
 * Regards,
    Alin

 * Yoast SEO uses the WordPress URLs listed in Admin > Settings > General and works
   well with https sites.
 * If the sitemap doesn’t reflect the WordPress URLs, please deactivate sitemaps,
   clear your cache, and reactivate the sitemaps.

 * Hi,
 * Thank you for your reply. Google removed that option. You can no longer change
   the URL.
 * I have a multisite and the URL is in wp-config.php. I’ll change it also there
   and deactivate-activate the sitemaps.
 * Thank you for your help and time.
 * Regards,
    Alin
