Changing to Dual Language Site

    Hi,

    I want to add a french version to this site:

    http://www.culturedcarpbaits.co.uk

    On the front page you click the eye to go through to the site. What i would like to do is add a UK & a French flag to the front page so when you click the UK flag it goes through to the site as it is currently, but also when you click the French Flag it takes you through to a french site with the same menus etc but in French. How easy is this to do? If anyone can help me that would be great, I have very limited experience in website and it all looks a bit tricky!!
