Changing themes?

    I would like to change the theme of my WP website – currently iconicOnePro – but am not sure if I will lose content when I click “Activate” for the new theme? Is there a way to back up my content so I’m certain nothing will be lost? Also, can I download a theme, click activate and then return to the previous theme if I do not care for the new one? Thank you in advance for any advice.

    My website is papercravings.com – I’d like the home page to show a picture for each post with a few lines and a “read more” link so that more posts are visible from the home page, not only the latest post.
