Can anyone tell me exactly what file is missing so that I can find and install it.
I have copied this version from my one website and now trying to install it on another as I cannot get the latest version to work.
Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Atahualpa 3.4.9 Stylesheet is missing.
Athol Behr, you did not say if you were running these two sites in MultiSite mode with the WP Multi Network plug in, or if these are two separate websites in Single Site mode.
Either way, Atahualpa 3.6.4 has NINE (9) BUGFIX’s or patches plus one more if you are running in MultiSite mode.
Try running WP 3.1.3 and Atahualpa 3.6.7 in MultiSite mode.
There are THREE bugs in Altahualpa 3.6.7 – you may want to look at these two pages and fix them all…

ALL sites should install BUGFIX 367-01 and BUGFIX 367-02
Single Sites may install the EASY HEADER FIX or BUGFIX 367-03 but not both.
MultiSites and Multi Networks should install the EASY HEADER FIX and NOT install BUGFIX 367-03
Did you try downloading the theme here, click “Upload”, then install the theme? That should work, it did for me.
