 * I modified the default wp theme with a new header image, new background color,
   etc.. If I change themes and decide at some point to go back to the default, 
   will my changes come back or will I have to make them again?

 * Hey Daniel1009, i think you can always get the default theme by copying fresh
   default theme and upload theme, and replace or rename your own custom default
   theme
