• This Plugin works great for a new landing page I created, but I am still having some issues. When I make an error or submit an email correctly, I get the correct message, which is GOOD. However, the texts for both are super huge for the space on the page I have them in. Plus, I want to change the color and container size for the error/confirmation messages. They also seem to travel or “float” randomly in the space at times.
    Here’s the URL: http://www.fresh-discoveries.com/

I have looked all over this forum and have tried changing the layout.style.css, or going into the mail chimp editor, or adding it in my theme’s css. But, nothing seems to be doing the trick…in fact, I may have made it worse!
I’m using this short code ([mailchimpsf_form]) in the body of text, and the page was created in Slider Revolution.

    Please help!
    I’m at a loss….

  • Hi there deidratyree,

Thanks for posting! I’ll be happy to help out however I can here. After taking some time to look at your page and source code, one thing I would recommend doing is disabling the Javascript within the plugin settings – due to how the rest of your page functions with the sliding elements, it’s possible some of the code making that possible is also coming into conflict with the widget’s Javascript, causing some of the wonkiness we’re seeing.

So first steps here would be to go into the plugin settings, and in “List Options” uncheck the boxes next to “Use Javascript Support?” and “Use Javascript Datepicker?. Once those are unchecked, hit “Update Subscribe Form Settings” to save the changed and disable those settings.

Once the Javascript is disabled, we should be able to narrow down things a bit more. I’ll continue to troubleshoot and test out various options.

Let me know with a post here when the Javascript is disabled on the form so I can take another look and do some further testing.

    Have a great day.
