Hi @salimway2go
I hope you are doing well.
You can translate/edit it using the PO/MO file, download the https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/ > plugins > Forminator > Search for the String and translate it.
For manual action, you can download the PO/MO files https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/forminator/
To find more about both files https://developer.wordpress.org/plugins/internationalization/localization/

Hello Patrick,
Thank you for your response, that looks like it will solve my problem.
I have another small question if possible:
Can I change the criteria to which the quiz will lead to a result,
meaning giving each result a certain score from 0 to 1.72 for example. and not based on average of how many questions there are

I’m afraid this isn’t possible with a Quiz. You could create something similar using a normal Form though and have hidden calculation fields doing any work in the background, even though the end-user experience won’t be the same as in a Quiz.
I have another small question if possible:
Please prefer to open separate tickets for any different issue/question that you have, so it is easier for others to follow up.
Thank you,
Dimitris
