Changing the send-from address for notifications

Due to recent DMARC changes, iThemes email notifications are bouncing. AOL, Gmail, and others no longer allow emails that claim they’re from user@aol.com (or user@gmail.com) when they’re actually sent through some other medium (in this case, WordPress). So, since the iThemes emails are sent “from” the admin user, if the admin user’s email is @aol.com or @gmail.com, they’re undeliverable. To fix this, emails could be sent from, say, wordpress@yourwebsitedomain.com, or let the user choose the send-from email address.
