    Hello,
I love your simple plugin and its awesome settings, but I am stuck with a problem of scroll distance.

I have two header menus: one is transparent with logo and language switcher changing on scroll to a shrink-logo with the menu items. I am trying to set the initial, transparent header with the language switcher to last longer on scroll, but whatever I apply to the scroll distance setting it has no effect in the front end, it is still changing to the other header much too soon.

I have the sticky header effects applied on both headers and have already contacted the theme-devs as I thought that some fix-code in the theme is blocking your setting, but they told it is not.
can you help? I could provide the credentials to your e-mail.

Also, is there a way to ease out the transition between my two headers, it is jumping a bit still – although the answers from support helped me to smooth out at least the scroll to top. To understand what I mean you will need to login to the page as it is in maintenance mode, that’s why I am not including the URL just now.
hope that is OK and hope to hear from you.

    thank you in advance.

Hi, sorry to hear you are having problems. I’m not allowed to ask for login credentials on here but my email is rwattner@gmail.com if you would like to communicate that way. My plugin adds CSS classes to the header and if you have it activated on both then both will get the same settings. I hope that makes sense. I’ll be looking fr your email

    Hi Robert,

thank you for your fast reply. I have just sent you an e-mail with the same subject in the subject line.
    thank you!

BTW: I tried to use different settings in each header – with no avail, still the scroll distance was not affected.

Have you tried disabling the plugin on one of the headers? I think having 2 one the same page running the plugin is causing problems.

Yes, I did, it broke my layout and design and I couldn’t get the two menus to be in line with each other. But I will check that again because that was before I entered your codes for the smooth scroll. Do you have a recommendation on which one should I use it on and which one switched off, the sticky or transparent?
    thank you

    Hi Robert,
so I removed the sticky header effect from the sticky menu, while the header is so beautifully shrinking on the transparent menu, it jumps a lot when switching to a sticky menu still.
do you have an idea how I could ad the menu items of the sticky header to appear on scroll in the transparent header (and then I would just have one menu), or how to adjust the transition to the sticky menu better?
    I am pretty desperate…

    thnx in advance…

additionally and to explain better, I just tested when I scroll back to top – and then the transition is fantastic due to the ease-out code I used from the forum here, is it possible to achieve it also on scrolling down?
    thnx

Do you have a link so I can take a look?

the page is still in maintenance mode. Should I again send you an e-mail instead?
the information from my initial e-mail is still valid, or didn’t you receive it?

    thank you

I don’t think it will work with two. The plugin applies CSS classes to the header and styles them that way. They would both get the same classes so they would be styled the same. I might be able to add support for multiple headers activated on the same page but right now, unfortunately, it’s not supported.

well, I only have it running on one right now, and the transition to the second header is very jumpy..
    thnx anyhow.
