Changing the S3 Bucket Region

Thanks for a great plugin it works really well.

One question though:

I changed the S3 bucket AWS region to EU (Ireland) region, but the endpoint is still s3.amazonaws.com, is this supposed to happen?

I noticed that on line 431 it is hardcoded to this url.
