    Can you please tell me if this is possible for a user to change the recurring payment method on a subscription.

    I have tried this feature on our staging site but it is generating the following error
    "Your payment methods cannot be deleted. Reason: There is 1 subscription associated with this payment method."

    Hi @mubashiriqbal,

    That message only appears if you try to delete a payment method that has a subscription associated with it. We added that check so customers wouldn’t have orphaned subscriptions if they tried to delete a payment method.

    The 3.0.0 update which is coming out soon adheres more to the WCS flow and that check is removed.

    Hi @mubashiriqbal,

    Yes the plugin supports the ability to change a payment method on a subscription. Were you switching payments from another gateway when you saw that error? Additional details will be helpful if you can provide them.

    I wouldn’t expect that you would see that message unless you were trying to delete a payment method.
