• I’m a WordPress neophyte drafted to get s site up and running for my wife’s business. I had a passing acquaintance with HTML, but this is a new world…

My question–I have enabled a static home page, and want to use the logo provision and the tag line, but wondered if there is anyway to adjust the way that they line up?

When the page is displayed, I would like the logo to be ‘higher’ or the tag line and small divider to be centered on it.

    Nice template–and wish me luck,

    Dean

    Sorry–still developing on a Windows/WAMP setup.

The logo was done by someone else and it has an embedded text line that I would love to be able to line up with the Tagline of the Template

So to be clear you want to upload a logo but also keep the tagline text, but just have the logo either on top or below the text?

I was hoping to have it side by side, logo on the left as the template does, but either move the tagline down vis a vis the logo, or move the logo up.

As it stands, it looks like the top of the logo lines up (approx) with the top of the divider bar, and the tag line starts just below the divider.

The problem is that the logo descends below the tag line and looks a bit awkward…
