Changing the page my blog goes to

I want my blog to go to a specific page on my web site. when you go to my web site… basstackletalk.com, it goes directly to my blog, which is good. But… I don’t have a way to navigate back to it. I want it to be under a specific page, but I’m not sure how to link the two. I did it before in my other blog site thebarkingbakers.com, but I am not sure how to do it again.

when people go to my basstackletalk web site, I want the blog to be under the page (tackle talk)
when people click on my products pages, I want them to be able to click on the tackle talk page and be able to continue reading the blog.
