We recently moved our site from our old domain ( to a new one ( 301 Redirects are in place and everything is hunky dory. I’m trying to set everything up so the Facebook likes on the posts at the original domain show up on the new domain. I’ve followed the facebook instructions here – I’m using Meta Tag Manager to add in the og:url tag for the old posts. The problem that I have is that there are now 2 og:url tags in the post. Is there a way to change og:url output on a post by post basis? I’ve taken a look at this url, but, unless I am missing something, that will change the url for every post, even any new ones that are created at the new site. Is it possible to have a filter by date? I’d like to only change the og:url at those posts that were originally posted on the old site. Any new posts would have the og:url of the new site.
