I received my email message successfully but would like to adjust the way it is laid out. For example, it would be nice to have labels for what all the information means (see below). Is there a way to make adjustments to this so that when I receive an email it looks more along the lines of:
Full Name: (name)
Email Address: (email)
Phone Number: (number)
How Did You Hear About Us?: (explain)
Message: (message here)
