changing the hover and visited code

    Wanted to change the visited and hover code in the css but there are multiple hover codes. where are they in the extentions.

    wordpress/wp-contacts/……….etc

    You are going to have to be more specific. What plugin are you talking about? There is no wp-contacts folder. What version of WP are you running?

    sorry content folder

    wanted to chage the colors of the hover link and visited links such as on the side bar and the comments (1) link

    Ok..Well I assume you are using 1.5. the css file is in wordpress/wp-content/themes/themename/style.css

    replace the appropriate parts to fit your server.

    Any more then that I recommend reading the codex, specifically http://codex.wordpress.org/CSS#CSS_Resources
