  • look in theme’s header.php for

    <a href="<?php echo home_url( '/' ); ?>" title="<?php echo esc_attr( get_bloginfo( 'name', 'display' ) ); ?>" rel="home"><?php bloginfo( 'name' ); ?></a>

    change the home_url to what you want
    back up 1st

    Thanks Samuel,

    I have searched is but no luck the only bit in the code that relates to home is the following.

    // Add the blog description for the home/front page.
    $site_description = get_bloginfo( ‘description’, ‘display’ );
    if ( $site_description && ( is_home() || is_front_page() ) )
    echo ” | $site_description”;

    <div id=”branding” role=”banner”>
    <?php $heading_tag = ( is_home() || is_front_page() ) ? ‘h1’ : ‘div’; ?>
    <<?php echo $heading_tag; ?> id=”site-title”>

    thanks for the help.

    it’s after the <body> tag
    should be right after the bit you posted

    The Twenty Ten theme supports custom menus where you can change or add in only the items you want.

    Admin – Appearance – Menus

    Thanks again guys,

    Samuel the code you have shown me is not in the header file of mine?

    t-p yes the custom menu works, but then how do i make drop downs?
    i have the wp-commerce plugin installed and it automatically puts a drop down in the menu.

    put your header.php at and come back with link

    don’t know about the wp-commerce plugin.. but you create drop down menus while moving the sub-link slightly to the right under the category you want it to have.

    so that Admin – Appearance – Menus looks like this on the right side there..

    ----------category 1--------
    -----------category 2-------

    thanks again guys,

    Samuel here is the link:

    Hanssen i will have a look at that.
