 * I am wonder how to change the “from” email and name
    I see there is the option
   on Woo setting > Email However, that field only for changing the “reply-to” email.
   the From email I have no idea where to change it….

 * Under **WooCommerce → Settings → Email**, the settings you change apply to the“
   From:” email.
 * If that doesn’t work for you, and the changes you make in there are still overriden
   by something else, I’d suggest you check this with your email service (the one
   you use to send out emails from your site) since it’s controlled by them.
