Changing the date format

Hi,

I’d like to change the default date format – is there a way to customise this? e.g.
Change the time from “February 11 @ 16:15 – 17:45” to “11th February 2014 at 16:15 – 17:45”?

Would be nice to be able to specify in advanced options something like “jS M Y g:i a” using standard php.

If this is already possible somewhere please let me know!
