Changing the color scheme for one page

For my website I use the theme Twenty Eleven with the color scheme “dark” (light text on black background). Only for one page – the post page + single posts – I would like to have dark text on a white background, without changing the head and navigation bar of the website. How can I change the color scheme for the content part of one page?
