Changing text in Add New (post-new.php)?

    I am working on a collaborative blog and was wondering if there was any way to put some text between the title input field and the visual editor on the Add New page (accessed from the dashboard)? I looked through a lot of the code but could not find the right file. I just want to add some simple instructions.
