  • i am making a site which have different post on one topic but the problem is this that if i make my site on localhost then upload on webserver(still not buy)

    suppose i make a post which wrote on 3 posts
    now these three post have links in bottom

    page1 | page2 | page3

    if i upload this site on webserver then i must change those links i mean site name like http://localhost to something it takes a lot of time to do this because my site will be so bigger in posts so what should i have to do … i want something which can easily change that word to my site please help me to overcome this problem

  • Here is how you can do it.

    Download your database file as a .sql file and then open it in a text editor and do a search and replace for “localhost” to “your-new-domain” do not include http:// or www. when you do this. Then after you replace them save the .sql file and then this can be imported into your new hosted database and will have all links on your site updated at one time.
