# changing site domain

 * Hello,
 * I created website on domain [https://virtuerac.com](https://virtuerac.com)
    Once
   the website was ready, I copied all files to [https://pavlinoconsulting.com](https://pavlinoconsulting.com)
   The database for both url is same.
 * Now I have removed files from virtuerac.com but my site is now broken (no images).
   
   If I replace url virtuerac.com to pavlinoconsulting.com in database, the site
   completely breaks and looks like a fresh wordpress install.
 * How do I get back the images?

    You can’t use the same database for two sites. Use different databases for
   each installation. Then transfer your required data to both of the sites. Thanks

 * SOLVED. I have removed all files from Virtuerac. The database is now only for
   pavlino. As far as broken images are concerned, I used better find and replace
   plugin to change all instances of virtue domain to pavlino domain in database.
   
   I also had SSL unsecured issue. I solved it by opening the images in gallery 
   and selecting them again so that url is rewritten.
