Changing search results page

    First of all, thanks for a great theme! Just a short question. On search result pages, is it possible to display the number of search results in the page title?

    I was unhappy with the “.search-stats-description” div and decided to hide it via CSS. However I’d still like to show the number of search results, like this:

    <h1 class="page-title">
        X search results for:
        <span>
            music
        </span>
    </h1>
