Changing search field placeholder text

Hi!

I want to change the text “Search everything” inside the search field. Tried googling it, and some solutions were based on editing the searchform.php. However, the Pitch theme does not have this file. Any help is greatly appreciated! 🙂 Pitch is a great theme by the way!
