Changing "Read More" and date on category blog posts page

I’m doing some “tweaking” to a friend’s WP site, and I’ve come across one that I can’t figure out. Since she’s using the twenty-eleven theme (with a child theme), I thought I’d start here first.

There’s a really (visually) out-of-place “Read More!” and date listing. I’d like to edit the text, font, color, etc., of this, but can’t seem to find it anywhere – no options, nor can I find it in the code. (I thought I knew where to look, but apparently not!)

There’s an active excerpt plugin running, but it doesn’t look like it’s affecting that page. Please tell me if I’m wrong.

Anyone know how I would change this, or at least where to start looking?
