# Changing Profile E-mail

 * I am taking over administration of my company’s site. Sadly, the person who set
   it up originally has passed but his e-mail is still in the profile. I changed
   it and got the message that a confirmation e-mail was sent to my (new) e-mail
   address, yet it has never come. Am I missing something?

 * I hope it’s OK to post this here: Now I can’t even log into my WP editor. I get:
   controlana.wpengine.com redirected you too many times.
    Try clearing your cookies.
 * I cleared my cookies and still get this.
