    Hi,

I love the customization of this plug-in, but I’m having problem correcting one issue. I’m using an automated aggregation tool that links direct to content on other sites. Due to a need for proper tagging of information, I am pulling the entire article content from a site’s feed. The article content remains unseen by end users though as all title URLs automatically link direct to the original news source.

WP-To=Twitter links to my post URL though (using the #url# command), exposing the back-end content in its entirety to the user by linking to the actual post made from the feed content. This puts me at risk of potential copyright issues that I don’t want.

Is there a way to change the #url# command so it posts the Title URL instead of the post URL?

Not sure if that question makes sense. Let me know if you need me to explain it a bit more.

You can set WP to Twitter to use an alternate URL if it exists in a custom field for the post. I don’t know where the original URL is stored when coming from your aggregator, but if it’s in a post meta field (custom field), then you can use that custom field as the source for your URL.

Advanced settings > Custom field for an alternate URL to be shortened and Tweted
