# Changing Plugin Name

 * Hi,
 * I created a plugin which now has about 1000 downloads… so I know there is at 
   least two or three people using it 😉
 * Anwyways, I would like to change the name of the plugin.
 * I’ve changed it in by php and txt files… but it still shows as the first name
   in the link on wordpress and in search engines.
 * Can I change the name of the folder in the repository to the new name of my plugin?
   Will it reflect on the plugin download page?
 * Any help is appreciated.
